MSBC-641: Conflict Management

Explores the communication dynamics involved in managing conflict in personal relationships, professional settings, and public life. Students examine the research and ethical issues relevant to communication and conflict. This course focuses on the identification of conflict styles and strategies in terms of successful conflict management in a given environment.

Prerequisite: Graduate standing in MSBC or permission of instructor.
