Radiologic Technology

Mission Statement:
The mission of the Radiologic Technology Program at Spalding University is to prepare competent, ethical, and patient-centered entry-level radiographers through rigorous academic study and high-quality clinical education. Grounded in Spalding’s commitment to service and social justice, the program equips students with clinical competence, communication skills, and critical thinking abilities necessary to deliver safe, equitable imaging care to diverse populations while upholding the professional standards expected of certified Radiologic Technologists.

Admission:
Students must first meet admission requirements for Spalding University. Admission to the Radiologic Technology program is based on a ranked admissions point system and applicants are ranked by their total admission score. Candidates with the highest scores will receive priority consideration and will be admitted first.

TEAS Exam: Applicants must take the TEAS exam in person and achieve a minimum score of 60 in Reading, 60 in Mathematics, and 40 in Science. Additionally, the overall composite score must be 60 or higher.

Interview: After passing the TEAS exam applicants will have an interview with the program director and a faculty member.
