SGC-610: School Counselor Ethics and Leadership

3 credit hours
An understanding of leadership with ethical behavior in delivering counseling services to students. Course content will examine "best practices" as an ethical leader in providing effective school counseling (P-12) in academic, career, and personal/social development for students. Strategies to enhance teamwork, coordination, and collaboration with parents, school, central office, and community for student success will be demonstrated. (Min. 10 Clock hours of field Experiences required.)
