COM-328: Public Relations

Showcases the role of the public relations practitioner across various contexts such as corporations, agencies, nonprofit organizations, government entities, and healthcare organizations. The course provides students with an introduction to theories, research strategies, ethical concerns, and reputation management practices that are foundational to sound public relations. This course incorporates both application to cases and creation of original public relations plans to aid students in preparing for careers in any type of organization. This course may be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
