Explores the communication dynamics involved in managing conflict in personal relationships, professional settings, and public life. Students examine the research and ethical issues relevant to communication, conflict and mediation. This course focuses on the identification of conflict styles and strategies in terms of successful conflict management in a given environment. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
