MATH-113: College Algebra

3 credit hours
Focuses on solving, graphing, and applying a variety of equations and inequalities, including polynomial, exponential, logarithmic, and rational functions. Introduces matrices, systems of equations, and series. This is a first course in pre-calculus, and it is expected that students will progress to MATH 115. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.

Prerequisite: MATH104 or 22-25 ACT Math Sub-Score or math placement test
