Synthesizes NURS 651 and 652 and enables students to implement Nursing Leadership principles, theories and skills in the clinical setting, while continuing classroom support. This course provides the framework for merging theory and health care reality through an internship. The internship allows the application of skills and principles under the direction and leadership of a preceptor.
