MATH-106: Quantitative Reasoning

3 credit hours

This course will investigate mathematical issues at a non-technical level. The course analyzes issues that balance theory and practical applications, including Managing Money; Population Growth; Management Science; Mathematics of Voting; Marketing Research; and Mathematics throughout the Arts. This course can be used to fulfill the University Studies mathematics requirement.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of USM-090 or 18-21 ACT Math Sub-Score or math placement test.
