This course explores the role of technology in advancing innovation in healthcare. Course concepts include decision-making as it relates to health literacy, internal and external influences on health care decisions, health outcomes, and effective health education. The course also provides students with tools and resources to identify, evaluate, and validate product information used in the delivery of health care, health services, and other health behaviors. The topic of Artificial Intelligence for health will be introduced.
