HS-401: Kinesiology

3 credit hours

Kinesiology is the study of human movement and in this introductory course students examine the natural movements of the body. Through lectures and pictures, they learn about the muscular and skeletal systems, study human anatomy and learn about body tissue. Students develop their knowledge of movements that are healthy for the body.
