This lab is a required companion course to Securing and Developing Staff. During this accompanying semester lab, the candidate will be asked to conduct, lead , design and evaluate personnel functions which includes selecting the right staff and developing and supporting staff based on the needs of the school/district. (10 hours of field experiences required)
