This course will develop the knowledge and skills needed to establish a sense of urgency, craft and communicate a strong vision, actively shape a school culture, and support the most critical work of all students reaching their potential in a diverse school community. Leaders will explore, identify and address equity challenges by using data, and learn how to build an equitable school culture that promotes excellence for all. The examination of skills to manage and motivate staff, foster continuous improvement, and build leadership capabilities among individuals, groups, and teams throughout the school will be obtained.
