EPP-650: Organizational Structure

This course will research and analyze the importance of visioning and how modeling values, beliefs, and attitudes can inspire others to higher levels of performance. Systems thinking related to student learning and achievement and the role of shared decision-making in school improvement planning will also be investigated and presented. The place of nurturing and sustaining a culture of collaboration, trust, learning, and high expectations. Case studies will be evaluated to understand the laws, regulations, and policies under which schools must function for legal and ethical implications regarding the implications on principal leadership and student achievement.
