ART-450: Community Art III
3 credit hours
Provides practical experience for students of all disciplines through a hands-on, site-specific work of art. Students research, develop, and implement an art project within the community. The specific nature of the project will vary from year to year (playground, park, mural, site specific sculpture). Each project provides the opportunity to apply skills and knowledge from a variety of courses across disciplines. It is not limited to art majors. This course can be repeated since content changes each semester it is offered. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.
