SW-613: Human Dynamics in the Social Context II

This course reinforces and builds on the theories studied in SW 612 expanding to include societal, cultural, political and economic contexts. The focus of this course is on the mezzo and macro social contexts for understanding the dynamics of family, group, and community theories. Theoretical perspectives are analyzed within the context of oppression, populations at risk, diversity, values and ethics at all system levels.

Prerequisite: Admission to MSW Program.
