MBUS-648: Digital Communication in the Workplace

This course will examine a theoretical and applied approach to the potential uses of new forms of audio and video interactive technologies within organizational contexts. This course teaches through lectures, discussions, and hands-on application how changing media technologies and practices have impacted the social, political, cultural, interpersonal and organizational issues in the workplace and can be used to create virtual knowledge-sharing communities. Students will learn to develop the ability to communicate in a multitude of online and electronic formats.
