Each new student admitted to graduate study should schedule an appointment with the relevant school chair or program director, or with an advisor assigned by the chair or director, to plan a program of study. A student in the Sena Jeter Naslund-Karen Mann Graduate School of Writing is advised on when and how to register through the school's portal page.
REGISTRATION FOR MSBC
Students register for classes with the advice and approval of an academic advisor. MSBC students may register for no more than 6 credit hours per 6-week session without the written approval of the Provost.
There is a deadline for enrolling in MSBC classes. For online classes, students must be registered by 11:59 p.m. EST on the first Tuesday of the session. For hybrid classes, students must be registered no later than two days prior to the scheduled first class.
