BIO-457: Bacteriology Laboratory

BIO 457 is the laboratory in support of BIO 456 "Bacteriology." This course is designed to introduce the student to general and advanced bacteriological methodologies which includes, but not limited to, culture techniques, media types and preparation, and result interpretation. Students will be given a strong foundation in aseptic technique and bacterial ecological requirements.
