CHEM-301: Organic Chemistry I

Studies nomenclature and properties of organic compounds, including structure and bonding in alkanes, cycloalkanes, alkenes, alcohols, and alkyl halides. This course also introduces the study of stereochemistry and emphasizes methods of preparation as well as mechanistic principles.
