MATH-120: Advanced Mathematics for Natural Science

3 credit hours

Provides the mathematics background for Calculus and Physics-311. This course focuses on the study of functions and their graphs, including polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions. Additional topics include vector algebra, complex numbers, and conic sections. This course can be used to satisfy University Studies requirements.

Prerequisites: MATH-113 or MATH-115 or 23 or above on the ACT Math Sub-Score
